Headington Institute (“HEADINGTON” or “we” or “us”) has created this privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy“) in order to demonstrate its commitment to user, visitor, subscriber, and customer privacy with regard to the HEADINGTON website located at https://examineapp.wordpress.com/ and the Examine mobile application and any affiliated websites (together, collectively the “Website“).  Privacy on the Website is of great importance to us.  Because we may gather some important information from our users, visitors, subscribers and customers (collectively “Subscribers” or “you” or “your”), we have established this Privacy Policy as a means to communicate our information gathering and dissemination practices.  By accessing the Website, you acknowledge and agree to this Privacy Policy and also agree to application Terms of Use, which can be accessed and reviewed at www.examineapp@wordpress.com

We do not require Subscribers who use the Website (collectively, the “Service“) to give us any personal information or data.  The Website DOES NOT collect personal information, including your email address, name, phone number or contacts.  However, you may need to provide your email address, name, mailing address, phone number, email address or other information to third parties in order to download or access the Website.

The Website does not require user registration and does not collect any data or responses entered by you.  You have control over all content entered through the Website.  Any content entered through the Website may be deleted by deleting the application from your device. If you backed up personal data using any storage system, you will have to delete the content from the storage system as well.

Responses may be shared by email: The Website allows you to share your responses by email, at your election. HEADINGTON does not wish to collect any information from any persons under 14 years old.  If you are under 14 years old, you may not use the Website.
